Poverty Disruption
Our Poverty Disruption programs aim to disrupt generational and situational poverty in our community through our Bridge to Hope poverty awareness and training workshops, Getting Ahead classes that help people learn how to transition from poverty to sustainable stability, and Tenant Certificate Training to help people learn how to be successful renters.

Poverty Disruption
Our charitable medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision clinics provide important healthcare services to those in our community who are uninsured or under-insured. We are staffed by volunteer doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. We do not provide emergency or walk-in care.

When people experience a destabilizing situation, they may have no idea what resources are available, what services or assistance they might qualify for, or where to go for help. They need an advocate to help them find their way through dark times. That’s what CCMC’s Advocate Services do - we light the way to connect people with community resources.
CCMC is not an emergency assistance agency
